Solo Project 4 Weeks 09/2021
This brief was to design a poster, catalogue and branding for the Royal Irish Academy of Music's production of the opera Kind Arthur by Henry Purcell and John Dryden. The opera is about two warring factions and the love between King Arthur and the blind maiden Emmeline. There are many themes in this opera but I found the character of Emmeline, the pain she endures and her symbolism as a beacon of hope to be the most interesting. I focused on these themes for my poster.
