For this project we were given a very poorly designed website for an online tutoring service. The site was poorly organized, the sign up flow was frustrating and the design was rudimentary and gave an untrustworthy feel to the brand. My job was to analyse the site, make note of industry norms, research my users, create prototypes, test those prototypes in interview and synthesise until I had a proposal for how the site could be designed to work better.
